The final gift
When the two Yaekfari (Kimmelopian and Severattunnia) self-proclaimed themselves as "the true god of war", they decided to settle their dispute through a duel that will become known as the "Duel of Thunder and lightning". This had taken place and destroyed the Millenfurst plains, which to most Yaekfari is said to be an unclaimed patch of land.
However to the very few Valderi living in those plains and the Yaekfari in surrounding lands, this patch of "unclaimed land" had belonged to an infamous ancient Yaekfari only known as "The hunched man", who had been banished by Solhommet in a time before most of the Yaekfari were even created. During the Duel, "The hunched man" had been away in unknown lands and returned a month later to find his worshippers gone and his home destroyed. It is rumored that this was the motivating factor to bring him to start off a chain of events to destroy all Yaekfari and Solhommet himself.
The first step in "The hunched man's" plan was to visit the only Yaekfari that he deeply trusted and knew to also be against the Yaekfari social order, Illththia. That was to spread the miracle of a unifying language to all Valderi as the Yaekfari's final gift to them.
Within Illththia's notes (translated by unknown source): "When I simply asked him, why? He ("The hunched man") let out an annoyed huff and answered, 'They destroyed the only thing I asked them never to touch. They destroyed my flowers. So I intend to return the favor in full.' I couldn't help but chuckle and approve. He truly never changed."
Illththia and "The hunched man" would go on to write down compendiums of the language the Yaekfari had always spoken, known as "Yeffek" which shared perfect similarities to the Human language of modern day English. A language which was brought to them directly from birth by Solhommet. How exactly did Solhommet acquire this language before it was even a concept for humanity remains unknown.
Exactly 30 compendiums that will be known as the "Yeffekari Missekir" were written and then brought Illththia's worshippers who were handpicked to study and then later spread their language. These people would later form House Donnau and their monastic mountain temples where the 30 compendiums reside as holy relics.
Most of the Yaekfari did not notice the shift over the hundreds of years as Illththia's followers began roaming the lands and granting their gift of a unified language. Some welcomed it while others resisted it either due to their practice of indiscriminate violence or otherwise. This is later still visible as in the modern day Valderi civilisation, "Yeffek" (English) is used as a common language with several countries still using their own native language such as in the Tsarist Empire and Southern Federation.
The Yaekfari only began to take notice when the Valderi, with a shared common language began forming larger communities. Most if not all of the Yaekfari did welcome this due to the greater tributes that were offered to them, however some were notably suspicious of this due to their sudden adoption of the divine's own language.
